Location, location, location.

Location isn't everything, but it sure helps.

Our 200 acre farm is bordered on one side by a 4,000 acre land preserve, another side by the public road and the others by neighboring farms.

At a distance of 2 1/2 miles from the coast and an elevation of 2000' we enjoy cooler temperatures, unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean, green hills, valleys, the Diamante waterfalls and sunsets every evening.

Forty minutes by car will get us either to the beach town of Dominical or the small mountain city of San Isidro. From San Isidro it's about a 3 hour drive to the major city San Jose.
